Discovery of a vitamins that delays the aging
The researchers found that a vitamin called "Nicotine Amide Riboside" revive the regeneration capabilities of organ and delays the aging process. According to Salamat News and quoting the Mehr, researchers from the Zurich University and Canada and Brazil Universities using by multiple markers were able to identify the molecular chain which can regulate mitochondrial function procedure and its change procedure by increases the age. John Aioverx, the head of this research team, said in a statement: "The role of mitochondrial in metabolism is proved too much, but we were able to show for the first time that its ability is important for to properly function of stem cells". Under normal conditions, the stem cells by produce the new cells help to regeneration and repair of damaged organs. The researchers of this study have proven that aging in the stem cells is one of the main causes of poor healing or even destroy of some specific tissues or organs. They stated in continue of this study: "We gave vitamin "Nicotine Amide Riboside" to a two-year-old mice, which is equivalent of old age for humans. It is somewhat close to vitamin B3, and is precursor to NAD +, a molecule that plays a key role in mitochondrial activity. Our results are very promising; restore of muscle in mice that received NR was far better and live longer than other mice.
